Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can creame of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup onion (diced)
2 cups cheddar chsese (shredded) (add extra)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Step 1

  • Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2

  • Put in a greased 11x14 baking pan.

Step 3

  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown on top. Step 4
