Betty Crocker Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

1 whole chicken
Celery (diced)
Carrots (diced)
Onion (diced)
3 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk

Directions

  • Boil whole chicken, celery, carrots, onion, and chicken bouillon cubes. (In enough water until it’s covered.)

Take chicken off of the bone after the it’s cooked and return to pot.

  • Mix Bisquick and milk until soft dough forms.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew; reduce heat.
  • Cook uncovered 10 minutes.
  • Cover and cook 10 minutes.
