Cherry Jello Salad

Ingredients

Bottom:
1 6oz package raspberry Jello
2 21oz cans cherry pie filling

Top:
1 6oz package lemon Jello
1 8oz package cream cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can crushed pinapple (undrained)
1 cup heavy whipping creame
2 cups small marshmallows

To Halve

1 3oz package raspberry Jello (disolved in 1 cup boiling water)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 3oz package lemon Jello
4 tbsp cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup heavy creame
1 cup small marshmallows

Directions

Bottom

  • Dissolve raspberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
  • Stir in pie filling.
  • Turn into a 13x9x2" pan.
  • Chill until partially set.
Top
  • Dissolve lemon Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
  • Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Gradually add lemon Jello
  • Stir in undrained pineapple.
  • Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
  • Fold whipping cream into lemon mixture with 2 cups small marshmallows.
  • Spread on top of bottom cherry layer.
  • Chill until set.
